Self-Help Health Class with Lawrence Galante

This class will be a holistic approach to various self-help health practices. Learning these disciplines will help seniors to choose whichever they feel is most appropriate to energize and invigorate themselves safely and easily. This class will be divided into short 15 minute sections encompassing: Meditation, Visualization, Affirmation, Self-Hypnosis, Reiki, Polarity, Homeopathy, and gentle Chi Kung stretching exercises.
